Thing 19...Web 2.0 Awards List

I am IN LOVE with picnik.com!!! It is a free photo editing website that has everything a photographer could ever dream of....FOR FREE!!! You can link your picnik account with your flikr, photobucket, myspace, or facebook accounts and pull up and pics that you have uploaded to those accounts. You can also choose photo's directly off of your computer. Then you can edit them with cool effects, jazzy fonts, and neat add ons! Did I mention that it was FREE!! This editing tool could be useful in the classroom and library in many ways. For instance, I currently have a classroom blog(and will someday have a library blog). I added photos from an authors tea party. It was nice to have the pictures online but the website would have looked much more professional had I edited the photos first. The possibilities are endless with this program! Check out this pic I edited!

    Can't wait to check out that website. Better wait until I finish all of our projects for school, though. I have a feeling I could spend a lot of time there!

    That is a cool site! I will have to try it out over the summer as I try frantically to scrapbook after summer summer school classes!
